PPS Hall of Shame Class of 2015-2016
Mr. Jones is inducted into the PPS Hall of shame for a Facebook post that he has since deleted. This post was created based upon the district’s In-Service day at William Paterson University. Take a gander at Mr. Jones’ feelings towards our employees in the Paterson Public Schools. How can Mr. Jones be impartial in any future evaluation?

In all the years I served in education and in public education; today is the first day, I felt like calling it QUIT! I have never seen “some” people who were as rude, nasty, disrespectful, lazy, arrogant, belligerent, disengaged, careless, unethical and distasteful as “So-called” teachers, IA’s and PA’s. If you who are in education care enough about children and their future; I encourage you to vocalize your frustration at your local, state and national governmental offices… to change the injustice of our educational institutions. Vocalizing your frustration at a professional development is not the venue. Professional development was created to build capacity and maximize one instructional practice. Again, I am a firm believer that the educational system is one that should embody those who are passionate to see children learn and grown vs. those who only extend their hand for pay. It’s about “PASSION” and not about “PAY”. Which one are you in for? “
